Peppercorn oil is used and our unique spice paste is made from scratch and uses up to 45 different spices with non-stop stirring for 5 hours to get the aroma and flavour.

Three Kingdoms Mala Hot Pot hiring Chefs, Apprentices and Kitchen Assistants
• Singaporean, PR, Malaysian, are welcome to apply
• Work Location in Singapore: Bukit Merah, Sixth Avenue, Ang Mo Kio
• Chinese Stall Environment
• Candidate with/without experience are welcome
• Selected candidate will be trained and exposed to opportunities for career advancement
• Work permit included and meals will be provided
• 4 off days per month
• Entitled to 7 days of paid annual leave per calendar year with addition of 1 day for each year of service

Chef/Apprentice
• Candidate with valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
• 12 working hours per day (excluding break time)
• Salary range based on working experience: S$1,800-S$2,500+ (Apprentice) and S$2,500-S$2,800+ (Chef)
Kitchen Assistant
• Cashier duties, service customer
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and always keep the kitchen in excellent hygiene standard
• Understand and support operation
